OUR PHILOSOPHY
Every Ermoleve piece is built through a repeatable process: design, model, craft, finish, inspect. We start with sketches, then create a 3D model to perfect proportions and structure before production begins. Once approved, our team crafts the piece, sets stones by hand, and completes final polishing so the finish feels smooth, clean, and premium.
Typical production time per design (from approved model):
• Simple pieces (studs, minimal charms): 3–7 days
• Bracelets and chains with settings: 7–14 days
• More complex, stone-heavy designs: 14–21 days
QUALITY TESTING
Ermoleve brings design to life through skilled hands and curated materials. Only high-quality metals and ethically sourced crystals pass through our studio. Each piece undergoes:
• Plating and finish consistency (colour, smoothness, shine)
• Stone security (alignment and tightness of each setting)
• Chain strength and clasp reliability (stress checks and closure testing)
• Comfort and wearability (edges, weight balance, movement on skin)
• Tarnish and water resistance performance (finish durability checks)
Every piece is quality-approved before it’s packed, and all Ermoleve jewellery is backed by a 1-year warranty.
