We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping from our warehouses by ePacket or EMS and in UK by Evri & Royal Mail.

SHIPPING TO OVER 200 COUNTRIES

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. Please contact us at support@ermoleve.com before placing an order, if you think your country might be excluded.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

Ermoleve are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are usually shipped within 2-4 business days. Orders placed after cut off on Friday and through the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday. Once your order has oeen dispatched, you'll receive an email reflecting that your order has been shipped, along with tracking number.

IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

Ermoleve covers import duties & taxes for all orders - that means you won't be required to pay any additional fees at delivery & customs processing will be fast.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Delivery times are stated in business days.

Please don't refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in case of refused deliveries.

In some cases, order processing might get delayed for the following reasons:

- Billing and/or shipping addresses errors.

- Order is pending a credit approval and verification.

- An order is shipped to remote country.

- Order security verification.

- Carrier backlogs

- A product is currently out of stock

We try our best to get deliveries out to you on time, but sometimes international deliveries can take longer than expected.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
