    A special pre-sale begins on 26 November 2025 for all subscribed email members only. Early access discounts and stock availability may vary.

  • The maximum discount offered during the Black Friday 2025 period will be up to 60% off selected items.

  • Discounts cannot be combined with other promotional codes, gift cards, or offers unless explicitly stated.

3. Order Cancellations

  • Orders placed during the Black Friday sale (including pre-sale) cannot be cancelled once confirmed due to high order volume and limited stock availability.

  • Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • Our standard returns policy applies unless otherwise specified.

  • Items that fall under hygiene-related restrictions (such as earrings) remain non-returnable in accordance with our store policy.
